Lending a Helping Hand
Mokena Miracles is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 charitable organization established in 2017. Our goal is to assist Mokena families in times of need, who are facing difficult challenges like financial or medical setbacks.

We accept monetary donations throughout the year, and use those funds to enrich the lives of Mokena residents in need at the end of the year. Our goal is to reinvest the money raised back into Mokena. During the holiday season, we reach out to our neighbors in need to let them know they are an important part of the community.

The Mokena Miracles program offers all of us the opportunity to support those within our village who need a little help - those who may be dealing with financial or medical struggles, or families with children or elders with medical or physical disabilities. We have all found ourselves needing help from time and time, and this is a chance for us to help those around us.

How do your donations help? While we do provide holiday gifts, Mokena Miracles is more than that! Over the years, we've been able to assist with:
-
Paying multiple months of rent or mortgage
-
Funding repairs to family vehicles
-
Covering home repairs for everyday functions
-
Paying off outstanding medical bills
-
Providing fuel and grocery gift cards
-
and much more!

We continue to learn about several families in Mokena struggling through difficult circumstances. With your help, we've brought joy into the lives of 19 families since we began. We will do so again in 2024!
